Opening day for the 22/23 winter season is almost here and we can’t to welcome you back for fun times on the slopes! Opening day is scheduled for November 17, 2022 at 9 AM, weather permitting. Our snowmakers have been working tirelessly to produce the best quality snow for another great opening day and will continue to strive to get more terrain open throughout the week as weather permits. Please note, only advanced and intermediate terrain is available at this time and no beginner terrain will be available until further notice. The Arizona Gondola will begin turning at 9 AM until 4 PM and will allow access to advanced and intermediate trails including: Upper Ridge, Midway Catwalk, Logjam, Wild Turkey and back down to the Arizona Gondola at Agassiz Lodge. Available terrain is subject to change, stay tuned on our Snow Report page.

Free Donuts & Hot Cocoa at Agassiz Lodge
Donuts and hot cocoa will be available at Agassiz Lodge from 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM, while supplies last. Swing by the Snowbowl booth to grab a warm cup of hot cocoa and fuel up with a donut before a day full of fun out on the slopes!
BlackStrap F1rst Chair Project
Arizona Snowbowl and BlackStrap have partnered together to amplify the stoke of winter by bringing the F1rst Chair Project to Arizona Snowbowl. On opening day, the first 50 skiers or boarders to show up at the Arizona Gondola will receive a custom Arizona Snowbowl branded BlackStrap Single Layer Tube face mask. Live Music at Agassiz Lodge
Get your groove on at the Agassiz Lodge deck from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM with live music from DJ Quick Kay!
Important Things To Know
- Hart Prairie Lodge will be open for rentals and guest services only.
- All lift tickets must be purchased online HERE.
- Guest services at the Hart Prairie Lodge will be available to assist you with your lift tickets, season passes, or any other inquiries from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
- All season passes must be picked up at Guest Services at the Hart Prairie Lodge.
- Rentals must be reserved online HERE and our Hart Prairie Rental Shop will be open from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
- Agassiz Lodge will be open for retail and food and beverage only.
- The Agassiz Lodge Sports Shop will be open from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- The Agassiz Restaurant and 9500′ Bar will be open from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
