The countdown is getting real! We’re officially just 25 days away from our scheduled opening day on November 20, 2026, and excitement for winter is building!

From a strengthening El Niño forecast to the finishing touches on our mountain projects, there’s plenty to look forward to as we get ready for another season of skiing and riding at Arizona Snowbowl!

The latest forecast from NOAA has given us even more reason to get excited! El Niño continues to strengthen, and the outlook for winter is looking promising across the Southwest.

Only winter will tell what’s in store, but we’re keeping those snow dances going!

Our summer mountain projects are nearly complete! From the new Sunshine conveyor in our beginner area to snowmaking enhancements across low-elevation terrain, we’ve been busy getting the mountain ready for winter.
