A Winter Scenic Gondola Ride ticket includes one round-trip gondola ride on the Arizona Gondola.
Please note that winter scenic riders may not unload at the top terminal.

FAQs
How long does the ride last?
Each round-trip ride is approximately 10-15 minutes. Guests are not allowed to unload at the top of the Arizona Gondola during the winter season. Guests who have purchased a Scenic Gondola ticket are not allowed to ride with skiers and snowboarders.
Can I use my season pass to ride the gondola?
All season passes are valid for skiing and snowboarding only and cannot be used for Scenic Gondola rides.
How can I change my tickets?
Within 48 hours of purchase: You’re eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, as long as your request is made by 11:59 PM two days before your visit. Tickets purchased within 48 hours of your visit date aren’t eligible for a refund, but can still be exchanged for credit.
After that, up until 11:59 PM the night before your visit: You can exchange your ticket for Exchange Credit in the full dollar amount you paid. Use the Self-Service Portal link in your confirmation email to make changes online.
On or after your visit date: All purchases are final and can’t be refunded or exchanged.
Can I share my credit with a friend or another family member?
No. Exchange Credit is non-transferable and stays in the online account of the original purchaser.
If I purchased a Scenic Gondola ticket, can I use that credit for something else?
You can apply your Exchange Credit to lift tickets, lessons, or rentals at Snowbowl or any U.S. Power Pass resort. Exchange Credit can’t be used toward season passes, food and beverage, retail, or lodging.
Can I apply my credit to a future season?
No. All 2026/27 Exchange Credits expire on the last operating day of the 2026/27 winter season at whichever Power Pass resort closes last.

Is a lift ticket or pass required to access any mountain terrain at Arizona Snowbowl?
Yes, you must have a valid lift ticket or season pass to access the mountain. No snow play is allowed at Arizona Snowbowl.
