Planning a group outing, school trip, or mountain adventure this summer? Arizona Snowbowl offers special discounted rates for groups looking to experience scenic chairlift rides, summer activities, and unforgettable time in the mountains together. Whether you’re organizing a family gathering, corporate event, camp, youth group, or class trip, we’re here to help make your visit easy, fun, and affordable.

Booking Requirements & Qualifications

To receive summer group rates, groups must contact us at least 2 weeks prior to their arrival date and finalize their reservation at least 72 hours in advance.

Groups that meet the minimum guest count below are eligible for discounted summer activities and Scenic Gondola tickets:

• General Groups: 15+ guests
• School Groups: 10+ students

All participants must complete a summer waiver prior to participation.

Group Rate Pricing

Group discounts are tiered by size and apply to both Scenic Gondola tickets and summer activity products, including 90-minute unlimited and single-entry activities:

• Small Groups (15–30 guests): TBD
• Medium Groups (31–74 guests): TBD
• Large Groups (75+ guests): TBD
• School Groups (10+ guests): TBD

Please note: Holiday period discounts will have a reduced rate on select dates.
Family Friday products are not eligible for additional group discounts, but may still be purchased at regular pricing.

When Are Summer Group Rates Available?

Qualifying summer group rates are available throughout the 2026 summer season on select operating dates.

Please note the following blackout and holiday periods:

• Blackout Dates: July 3–5
• Holiday Pricing Period: May 23–25 and October 1 through the end of the summer season

Groups must select an available operating date and reserve a timeslot for activities. Scenic Gondola groups must also select an arrival time.

Know Before You Book

To help your group visit go smoothly:

• Groups must reserve an activity timeslot of 1, 2, or 3 hours
• Food options may be added, but are not included in the initial offering
• Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of reservation
• Group cancellations follow the standard summer product cancellation policy
