A Gondola-Fueled Culinary Experience
Join us for an unforgettable evening of elevated cuisine and alpine ambiance at the Shift Your Viewpoint Gondola Dinner Event, a one-night-only collaboration between Arizona Snowbowl, downtown Flagstaff’s beloved restaurant, Shift, and wine pairings from Oeno Wine Lounge.
This exclusive dining experience features a five-course tasting menu served in a progressive style — four courses served aboard the Arizona Gondola and the last course served at the top of the mountain as the sun goes down.

How It Works
- Check in & a welcome cocktail hour begins at 4 PM.
- Guests will begin loading the Arizona Gondola at 5 PM.
- Each lap (approx. 18 minutes) includes a new course and drink pairing.
- As the Gondola returns to the base, servers will present and explain each dish – guests will enjoy courses one through four on the Arizona Gondola.
- Guests will unload at the top of the Arizona Gondola and enjoy the fifth and final course as the sun sets.
- Once finished with the final course, guests will load the Arizona Gondola and travel back to the base.

Shift’s culinary team will be on-site, preparing and plating each course with their signature flair. Known for inventive, ingredient-driven cuisine, Shift will deliver a tasting menu that celebrates local flavors and seasonal ingredients — all served with mountain views you won’t find anywhere else.
