Your One Stop Shop for Information, Retail Items, and Shuttles

After a 20+ year closure, the Fort Valley Lodge located at the base of Snowbowl Road has been renovated and has reopened to the public!

Inside Fort Valley Lodge, you’ll find a newly renovated space which includes:

• A grab-and-go snack market with items such as coffee, hot cocoa, and more.
• Retail items for sale
• Renovated restrooms
• A waiting area in which you can stay warm while waiting for your spot on our FREE shuttle up to the mountain

Our goal in renovating & reopening the Fort Valley Lodge is to provide a space for guests visiting Snowbowl or simply passing by, to receive information about Snowbowl and other Northern Arizona attractions, get assistance with their reservations to Snowbowl, stay warm while waiting for Snowbowl’s FREE shuttle service, and overall, act as a place in which you feel welcomed.

The FREE shuttle service is available on days that chains or 4WD are required for travel on Snowbowl Road. Shuttles will begin running at 8 AM on these days. Learn more about road conditions with our Snow Report. Guests MUST have a valid lift ticket or season pass to ride the FREE shuttle.

We have also implemented a brand new virtual queuing system for the FREE shuttle service that allows you to join the queue and receive text alerts regarding your position in line & estimated wait time.

• Open daily, 9 AM – 5 PM
• If chains/4WD are required on Snowbowl Road, 8 AM – 5 PM
