Join us for an unforgettable evening of elevated cuisine and alpine ambiance at the Shift Your Viewpoint Dinner, a one-night-only collaboration between Arizona Snowbowl, downtown Flagstaff’s beloved restaurant, Shift, and wine pairings from Oeno Wine Lounge.
This exclusive dining experience features a 5-course tasting menu served in a progressive style — aboard the Snowbowl Gondola. As the lift glides above the forest and meadows in the golden hour light, guests will savor seasonal creations and perfectly paired beverages.
How It Works
- Check in & a welcome cocktail hour begins at 5 PM.
- Guests will begin loading the Arizona Gondola at 5:45 PM.
- Each lap (approx. 18 minutes) includes a new course and drink pairing.
- As the Gondola returns to the base, servers will present and explain each dish.
- The event concludes at sunset, with a full ride duration of about 90 minutes.

Shift’s culinary team will be on-site, preparing and plating each course with their signature flair. Known for inventive, ingredient-driven cuisine, Shift will deliver a tasting menu that celebrates local flavors and seasonal ingredients — all served with mountain views you won’t find anywhere else.
