Policies
Rooms are charged upon check in. Please present method of payment upon your arrival. Pet-friendly accommodations are available in select rooms for $15 per pet/night.
We gladly refund any cancellations within 72 hours of your arrival. If you cancel your reservation fewer than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for one night plus tax.
Most rooms are pet-friendly, except for rooms 8 and 28. We are happy to accommodate service animals in these rooms.

Host a Private Event at Basecamp
Basecamp offers a scenic mountain setting in Flagstaff at the base of the San Francisco Peaks – perfect for weddings, retreats, reunions, and group gatherings.
Our property features 22 cozy cabins (King, Single Queen, Two Queen, and Two Full-size) with space for up to 68 guests. Event groups receive 10% off current cabin rates, based on availability and event dates.
For private celebrations, groups can also reserve our on-site restaurant for a private event. Restaurant buyouts require reserving the full Basecamp property to ensure the best experience for your group.
We recommend booking 4 – 6 months in advance to secure your preferred dates.
