Opening Day Essentials
Early season conditions are expected – please ski and ride with care.
Hours & Operations:
- Guest Services & Rentals (Hart Prairie Lodge): Open at 8 AM
- Agassiz Lodge Retail Shop: Opens at 8 AM
- Arizona Gondola & Grand Canyon Express: Spins 9 AM–4 PM, servicing intermediate & advanced terrain only
- Agassiz Lodge Restaurant & Bar: Opens at 10 AM
- Hart Prairie Lodge Bar & Market: Opens at 10 AM
Opening Day Treats
Start your morning right with FREE donuts, hot cocoa, and coffee at Agassiz Lodge starting at 8 AM (while supplies last!).
Plus, the first 100 riders on the lift will receive a special 25/26 Opening Day neck gaiters!
Tickets, Rentals & Passes
- Lift tickets can be purchased online in advance for the best deal
- Rentals can be reserved online before you arrive for the fastest experience
- Season Pass pickups available at Hart Prairie Lodge, Agassiz Lodge, and Fort Valley Lodge

What Terrain Will Be Open on Opening Day?
The Arizona Gondola and Grand Canyon Express will be spinning on Opening Day, spinning from 9 AM – 4 PM, weather permitting, offering access to intermediate & advanced terrain only.

Our snowmaking and grooming teams continue to push hard to open additional terrain as quickly as possible. For the most current snow totals, open trails, road conditions, and forecast info, check the Snow Report – it’s updated daily with everything you need to plan your day!
