We never want to turn you away from a fun-filled day out on the slopes and we understand you may not always be able to plan ahead, however, during snowstorms or holidays, the demand to ski at Snowbowl is the highest. During these times, the price for a lift ticket may vary greatly and prices may increase rapidly. Our demand-based pricing is designed to manage the number of riders on the mountain on specific days to ensure you have the best time out on the slopes.

When planning your next visit, be sure to purchase your ticket well in advance for the biggest savings. If you arrive the day you expect to ski and have not purchased a ticket, please understand prices may be higher than the previous day.

Plans change, and we get it. You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as it’s no later than 11:59 PM two days before your visit. After that, you can exchange your ticket for Exchange Credit up until 11:59 PM the night before your visit. View our Tickets Terms and Conditions for more information.

Our suggestion for you to get the best deal is to review our ticket calendar, purchase your ticket well before your arrival day, and avoid peak periods.

After making a purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Snowbowl Self-Service Portal. There, you’ll be able to select the products you’d like to exchange and view your purchase history instantly. All exchanges must be completed online.

Yes. Here’s how it works for lift tickets, lessons, and rentals:

Within 48 hours of purchase: You’re eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, as long as your request is made by 11:59 PM two days before your visit. Purchases made within 48 hours of your visit date aren’t eligible for a refund, but can still be exchanged for credit.

After that, up until 11:59 PM the night before your visit: You can exchange your purchase for Exchange Credit in the full dollar amount you paid.

On or after your visit date: All purchases are final and can’t be refunded or exchanged.

There are no fees to change your items. Depending on the dates and products purchased, you may be asked to pay the difference if your new products cost more than your original.

Yes! You can use your credit for yourself or anyone else.

You can apply your Exchange Credit to lift tickets, lessons, or rentals at Snowbowl or any of our Power Pass partner resorts. Exchange Credit can’t be used toward season passes, food and beverage, retail, or lodging.

No. All 2026/27 Exchange Credits expire on the last operating day of the 2026/27 winter season at whichever Power Pass resort closes last. Any unused balance is forfeited after that date.

Yes, you must have a valid lift ticket or season pass to access the mountain. No snow play is allowed at Arizona Snowbowl.

No. New for the 2026/2027 season, all lift ticket guests will need to pick up a new reloadable Snowbowl Card. These upgraded RFID cards feature hands-free scanning, so you can head straight to the lift without removing your card from your jacket or gear.

Cards can be quickly picked up at any ticket window, Guest Services location, or at our new Pick-Up Boxes (PUBs) located at Hart Prairie Lodge and Agassiz Lodge. Once your card is printed, you’re ready to go—no additional steps required.

They’re two separate things.

Exchange Credit is what you receive when you change your plans and exchange a lift ticket, lesson, or rental. It can be used toward future lift tickets, lessons, and rentals during the 2026/27 season.

Snowbowl Cash is a bonus credit included with select adult lift tickets (ages 13+) bought online and in advance. It’s emailed to you at 6 AM on your visit date and is good that day only, for food, non-alcoholic beverages, and retail at Snowbowl. Unused Snowbowl Cash expires at the end of the day.

The two can’t be combined or converted into each other.
