Elevated Embers & Ales Menu

First Course – Rooftop Grazing
Begin the evening at Snowbowl’s rooftop Sky Bar with interactive tasting stations featuring chef-crafted bites and appetizers — including suckling pig, smoked salmon, beef burnt ends and more! A vibrant introduction to the night’s progressive journey.

Second Course – Harvest & Gumbo
A showcase of the season: Harvest Salad featuring locally grown produce with tasso bacon bits, alongside Iron Springs Ranch chicken & sausage gumbo — a soulful nod to Cajun tradition, crafted with high country ingredients.

Third Course – Elevated Boil
Cajun roots meet mountain air with a Southwest spin: a rustic classic reimagined for the alpine setting, featuring Louisiana crawfish, Arizona fire-roasted sweet corn & potatoes.

Fourth Course – Surf N’ Turf at 11,500 ft!
A soulful blend of the sea, smoke, and the South: locally sourced and smoked beef osso buco, served over a bed of creamy grits with traditional Louisiana Barbecue Shrimp.

Fifth Course – Fireside Sweets
Gathered around the grand fire pit: enjoy hot beignets alongside custom s’mores with indulgent toppings — a playful yet elevated finale to close the evening.

Brewed by Mother Road

First Course – Double 6 Spaghett
We begin the evening with an American version of a classic Italian cocktail.  Our spaghett features Double 6 American Beer, Aperol, and lemon juice.  This surprisingly elegant cocktail may leave you wondering if you should be enjoying it with your pinky up!

Second Course – The Yard Sale
We turn up the flavor for our second round as we venture into the Harvest Salad and Gumbo course.  We chose a citrus-packed pineapple shandy to compliment the earthy and smoky notes from the second course.  The Yard Sale features our Limited Visibility Hazy IPA with a splash of white rum and pineapple juice.  One too many of these shandies and you may be leaving your gear all over the ski hill!

Third Course – Skylight City Dark Mild Ale
We turn to a more approachable pairing for our third course, as the Elevated Boil demands your attention.  At just 4.5% ABV, Skylight City is a beer brewed for easy enjoyment under Flagstaff’s star-laden skies.  Garnet-hued in the glass with ruby flashes, this dark mild offers layers of toasty malt, gentle caramel sweetness, and a whisper of cocoa, all balanced by a soft, earthy hop presence.

Fourth Course – Tower Station IPA
Is this a match made in gondola heaven?  For our highlight course of the evening, we turn to our flagship beer.  The grapefruit and tangerine notes from our signature IPA pair so well with Barbecue Shrimp and Grits that we just may have to add it to the packaging on our can.

Fifth Course – Private Barrel Old Fashioned

Autumn is here, and while we love beer, it’s tough to beat enjoying this classic cocktail around a fire.  How does this relate to Mother Road Brewing Company, you ask?  Well, you’ll need to come hear our Founder & CEO discuss how much fun we had pairing with Whiskey Del Bac on a barrel sharing program.
