Welcome to Elevated Embers & Ales!
Elevated Embers & Ales is a unique dining experience aboard the Arizona Gondola. This event features high altitude beer tastings from Mother Road Brewing Co. paired with low country boil presented by Satchmo’s BBQ.
Your first course will be served on the rooftop Sky Bar deck at 4 PM, followed by guided boarding of the Arizona Gondola beginning promptly at 4:45 PM. As the Arizona Gondola ascends up the mountain, you’ll savor courses two, three, and four with breathtaking views all around. Then, you will return to the Agassiz Lodge patio for dessert by the firepit, nestled under the stars.
Each cabin can accommodate up to four people and is available for $650.
Ride, Eat, Drink, Repeat.
Each course unveils a new flavor and presentation, thoughtfully crafted and expertly paired with locally inspired brews.
You’ll enjoy your first and last course on land and courses two, three, and four on the Arizona Gondola.
- Each gondola lap lasts ~23 minutes
- One course + one beer pairing per lap
- Full experience: ~2 & a half hours, approximately 90 minutes will be spent on the gondola
- Each cabin can accommodate up to four people and is available for $650.

Event Itinerary
- 3:30 PM – Arrival & Check-In at the Agassiz Rooftop Sky Bar
- 4:00 PM – Welcome Cocktail & First Course on the Agassiz Rooftop Sky Bar
- 4:45 PM – First Boarding & Courses 2-4 in the Arizona Gondola
- Post-Sunset – Final Course on the Agassiz Lodge Patio

- Recommended attire: elevated casual
- Bring a light jacket — temps dip as the sun drops
- Gondola cabins are enclosed but can be breezy
- All dining happens inside the cabin — no gloves needed.
