Free Flagstaff Shuttle

Free shuttle at Snowbowl

The Mountain Express shuttle service is no longer available during the 21/22 winter season.

The Mountain Express Route provides FREE shuttle service between Downtown Flagstaff and Arizona Snowbowl. Buses run every 30 minutes on scheduled days.

NAU students can ride Route 10 for free to connect to the Mountain Express and riders can board at other Mountain Line stops (fare must be paid to board other routes) and connect to the Downtown Connection Center.

Face coverings are required for all riders on the Mountain Express.

Important Information:

Due to COVID-19, capacity on Mountain Express buses will be limited.

If chains or 4WD are required on Snowbowl Rd, demand for Mountain Express will be high and long lines will form. Guests are encouraged to have an alternate plan to access the mountain.

Those who take Mountain Express are encouraged to plan their return trip accordingly, knowing that capacity on the return buses will be limited and lines will start forming around the time the lifts close. Plan to leave early if possible!
