Shift Your Viewpoint is a one-night-only collaboration with downtown Flagstaff’s Shift Kitchen & Bar, featuring a 5-course dining menu served aboard the Arizona Gondola during golden hour.

From creative cuisine to intuitive wine pairings from Oeno Wine Longue, here’s everything you need to know for a sky-high culinary experience you won’t forget.

Each time your Gondola returns to the base, your table is refreshed with a new course and wine pairing — five laps, five flavorful moments.

• Each lap lasts ~18 minutes
• One dish + one drink per lap
• Full experience: ~90 minutes
• Final course served at sunset

Your Event Itinerary

• 5:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In
  Head to Agassiz Lodge via Lot 8 (free parking; overflow in Lots 7 and below). Check in and enjoy cocktail hour at the Agassiz Indoor Bar.
  
• 5:45 PM – First Boarding Begins
  Your culinary journey begins aboard the Arizona Gondola, just below the Sky Bar.

Dress the Part, Ride in Style

• Recommended attire: Elevated casual
• Bring a light jacket — temps dip as the sun drops
• Gondola cabins are enclosed but can be breezy
• All dining happens inside the cabin — no gloves needed.
