Dear Snowbowl Guests,

As of Monday 3/15, we’re experiencing technical issues with our 3rd party credit card processor, resulting in declined transactions for some guests in our web store. Our teams are working closely with our partners to troubleshoot the issue, and we hope to have a resolution soon – please stay tuned for further updates. All tickets must still be purchased online, and our goal is to resolve the technical issue as soon as possible to allow you to purchase tickets for future available dates.

Our team is putting in extra hours to respond to all guests as quickly as possible, but due to the high volume of inquiries at this time, our response times are longer than usual. If you’re planning to visit us soon and are having issues purchasing tickets, we’ll continue to keep you updated – please do not email us to purchase tickets. We thank you for being our guest, and as skiers and snowboarders ourselves, we understand how exciting it is to see new snow on the mountain. We’re doing our best to accommodate everyone, and we ask for your patience as we work through some challenges during this time of high demand and excitement. At the end of the day, we’re also part of this mountain community – we’re neighbors, friends, outdoor enthusiasts, snow lovers, and adventure seekers just like you. We appreciate your understanding and support as we resolve the issues we’re experiencing during this time and we look forward to hosting you on the mountain as soon as possible.
