How do I use my passholder/employee discount?
An option on the checkout screen allows you to type in your pass number and will update your order with the discount applied.
Can I pay in cash through the online food ordering system?
At this time, we are only accepting card payment online. Contactless payment methods are available at all of our restaurants, so we encourage guests to avoid bringing cash.
Where can I order in person?
Walk-up orders are accepted at the AZ Grill (on the Hart Prairie Lodge Deck), Trail’s End Food Truck, and 9,500′ Bar (adjacent to Agassiz Lodge).
Which restaurants offer dine-in options?
The Hart Prairie Restaurant, Agassiz Restaurant, Fremont Restaurant & Bar, Humphrey’s Yurt, and Basecamp at Snowbowl offer indoor seating.
Is outdoor seating available?
Outdoor seating is available at Hart Prairie Lodge, Agassiz Lodge, Fremont Restaurant and Bar, Humphrey’s Yurt, and Basecamp at Snowbowl.
Can I order alcoholic drinks online?
You may place a drink order through our online ordering option; however, you must present a valid ID at the time of pickup.
